Introduction

JPromotions provides a versatile platform for recruiters for numerous job promoting opportunities as compared to traditional employment methods. Using the JPromotions tool you can manage your social media postings by easily promoting jobs to popular social networking sites in just a few steps.

Dashboard 

The homepage view in JPromotions is the Dashboard which displays your daily activity and most recent activities across views. You can use the widgets to view the application user's daily activity and the different jobs added by them, your last 5 job promotions etc. Dashboard also displays on the right, your Account details and a snapshot of your unopened applications count, your last promotion, application and job addition time.

Jobs View

The Jobs view displays all the jobs added by you for promotion. You can use the list view columns for a quick look of all the promotions you have done and the applications you have received for them.

Promotions View

The Promotions view in JPromotions displays the list of jobs that were promoted to social sites by you. You can use the list view columns to view the sites to where jobs were promoted and also the content that was posted.

Applications

The Applications view in JPromotions displays the list of candidates who have applied for the jobs that were promoted by you on social sites. You can view the candidate's basic information using this view here.

Views

The Views list view in JPromotions is highly useful as it displays the count of times your job has been viewed on the social sites by the candidates. The count here increases as the job link on your social media platform gets clicked.

Tools

The Tools menu provides basic user and system configuration settings that can be used to better manage your sites, users and the look of your application. It also launches your company's Career site which displays the jobs you have posted here with its details. You can fully customize your Career site as required through the System Configuration options.
